For those of you who follow me on social media, you've gotten a small glimpse into how much fitness means to me. Exercising is always the favorite part of my day - it offers me time to focus fully on myself. It's a chance to disconnect from the craziness of the day and get better, little by little, day by day.
To me, fitness isn't just about how you look, it's about how you feel. It's about living a healthy, happy life, both physically and mentally.
Over the past 3 years I've benefitted massively from a dedicated workout program + coaching. I wanted to pass that on to you as well. The Prado Program is engineered to push you to become the best version of yourself, both mentally and physically.
I'm involved in a lot of projects, but The Prado Program is especially important to me. Not only did I build this entire program, but I also am available to all Prado Program members for coaching and support.
